2. The competition is open to all people.
3. The judge’s decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. The prize will be provided by NORD and may have restrictions.
5. You agree to take part in any competition publicity if asked to do so. The prize may only be taken as stated and cannot be changed. There will be no cash alternatives.
6. If a winning entrant is unable to be contacted after reasonable attempts have been made to do so, the Judge’s reserve the right to offer the prize to the next best entry.
7. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when sending in their photos.
8. NORD has the right to use all submitted entries in way they please.
